چکیده
هدف: هدف پژوهش، ارائه مدل ساختار یافته از چالش‌های پیاه سازی اینترنت اشیا و بررسی جایگاه چالش پیشنهادی نیروی انسانی می باشد.
روش پژوهش: پژوهش از نظر هدف، کاربردی می باشد و فرایند اجرا به این شکل است که، بعد از مرور ادبیات در حیطه موضوع پژوهش، چالش‌های مطرح در پیاده سازی اینترنت اشیا، شناسایی شد و چالش پیشنهادی تحقیق مطرح گردید. برای رسیدن به اهمیت، سطح بندی و ارتباطات بین چالش‌ها از روش مدلسازی ساختار تفسیری استفاده شده است.
یافته‌ها: چالش‌های پیاده‌سازی اینترنت اشیا شناسایی و ارتباطات بین چالش‌ها نشان داده شد و همچنین سطح و اهمیت هر کدام از چالش‌ها مشخص گردید.
نتیجه گیری: نتایج نشان می دهد که مدیران سازمانی در رابطه با پیاده سازی اینترنت اشیا با چه نوع چالش‌هایی روبرو هستند و اهمیت و ارتباطات هر کدام از چالش‌ها به چه صورت می باشد و همچنین چالش نیروی انسانی به عنوان یکی از چالش‌های مهم در سطح اول مطرح است.

چکیده [English]
Purpose: The purpose of the research is to provide a structured model of the challenges of Internet of things and to examine the position of the proposed human resources challenge.
Methodology: The research is applied in terms of the purpose and the implementation process is such that, after reviewing the literature in the research subject area, the challenges of implementation of the Internet of things were identified and the proposed research challenge was proposed. To achieve importance, level and communication between challenges, interpretive structure modeling has been used.
Findings:Challenges of the implementation of the Internet of Things Identification and communication between the challenges were shown and also the level and importance of each of the challenges was identified.
Conclusion: The results show that the organizational managers in relation to the implementation of the Internet of things are faced with: what kinds of challenges exist and the importance and communication of each of the challenges. human resources challenge as one of the important challengs is at the first level.
