| هدف اصلی این پژوهش تبیین ارتباط بین فناوری اطلاعات با سلامت سازمانی از طریق انگیزش شغلی در بین معلمان تربیت بدنی استان فارس بود. پژوهش حاضر، از لحاظ هدف، کاربردی و از نظر روش، توصیفی و از نوع همبستگی بوده است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش معلمان تربیت بدنی استان فارس در سال تحصیلی 1404-1403 به تعداد 761 نفر بود. برای تعیین حجم نمونه از جدول مورگان استفاده شد. بر اساس جدول مذکور، 270 نفر بعنوان حجم نمونه آماری در نظر گرفته شد. شیوه نمونه گیری به صورت طبقهای تصادفی بود. برای گردآوری اطلاعات از پرسشنامه سلامت سازمانی هوی و فیلدمن (1996) پرسشنامه انگیزش شغلی هرزبرگ (1993) و پرسشنامه فنآوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات بتین و همکاران (2023) استفاده شد. برای تعیین اعتبار صوری پرسشنامه از تعدادی از اساتید ازجمله استاد راهنما در مورد پرسشنامه و سؤالات آن نظرخواهی گردید و در نهایت، اعتبار پرسشنامه تأیید شد. برای تائید پایایی از ضریب الفای کرونباخ استفاده شده به ترتیب برای سلامت سازمانی 741/0، انگیزش شغلی 839/0 و فناوری اطلاعات 812/0 بدست آمد که نشان از پایایی قابل قبول برای این پرسشنامهها بوده است. برای تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از روش همبستگی، رگرسیون و معادلات ساختاری بر پایه نرم افزارهای SPSS27 و PLS3 استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که بین فناوری اطلاعات با سلامت سازمانی از طریق انگیزش شغلی در معلمان تربیت بدنی رابطه مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد. بین فناوری اطلاعات و مولفههای آن با سلامت سازمانی و انگیزش شغلی معلمان رابطه مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد. | ||

| The main objective of this study was to explain the relationship between information technology and organizational health through job motivation among physical education teachers in Fars province. The present study was applied in terms of purpose and descriptive and correlational in terms of method. The statistical population of this study was physical education teachers in Fars province in the academic year 1403-1404, numbering 761 people. Morgan's table was used to determine the sample size. Based on the aforementioned table, 270 people were considered as the statistical sample size. The sampling method was stratified random. To collect information, the organizational health questionnaire of Hoy and Feldman (1996), the Herzberg job motivation questionnaire (1993), and the information and communication technology questionnaire of Bettin et al. (2023) were used. To determine the face validity of the questionnaire, a number of professors, including the supervisor, were asked about the questionnaire and its questions, and finally, the validity of the questionnaire was confirmed. To confirm the reliability, the Cronbach's alpha coefficient used was 0.741 for organizational health, 0.839 for job motivation, and 0.812 for information technology, respectively, which indicated acceptable reliability for these questionnaires. Correlation, regression, and structural equation methods based on SPSS27 and PLS3 software were used to analyze the data. The results showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between information technology and organizational health through job motivation in physical education teachers. There is a positive and significant relationship between information technology and its components with organizational health and job motivation of teachers. There is a positive and significant relationship between job motivation and its components with organizational health of physical education teachers. Information technology has the ability to predict the organizational health of physical education teachers. Information technology also has the ability to predict the job motivation of physical education teachers, and finally it was determined that job motivation has the ability to predict the organizational health of physical education teachers.. | ||
