| چکیده | ||
| هدف از این تحقیق بررسی چالش استفاده از هوش مصنوعی در عملکرد مربیان و مدیران ورزشی می باشد. پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف و ماهیت کاربردی و از نظر گردآوری داده ها یک پژوهش توصیفی- همبستگی از نوع پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر را کلیه مدیران و مربیان ورزشی استان مازندران تشکیل دادند که برای انجام این پژوهش تعداد ٧٠ نفر به شیوه دردسترس به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. جهت جمعآوری داده ها از دو پرسشنامه استفاده گردید. پرسشنامه هوش مصنوعی چن و همکاران(2022) که روایی پرسشنامه مورد تایید قرارگرفته و پایایی آن نیز آلفای کرونباخ پرسشنامه ٩١٣/٠ محاسبه شد. پرسشنامه تاثیر هوش مصنوعی در ارزیابی عملکرد کومبار( ٢٠٢٢ ) که روایی مورد تایید قرار گرفته و پایایی پرسشنامه 914/0 بدست آمد. به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات، از روشهای آمار توصیفی (میانگین و انحراف معیار) و استنباطی (ضریب همبستگی پیرسون جهت بررسی رابطه متغیرها و آزمون t مستقل) استفاده شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار آماری SPSS نسخه ٢7 و آلفای پیش فرض در سطح معنیداری ٠٥/٠ انجام گرفت. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد بین میانگین متغیرهای مدیریت هوش مصنوعی، تصمیم گیری مبتنی بر هوش مصنوعی، زیر ساخت های هوش مصنوعی و نمره کل هوش مصنوعی مدیریت در مربیان و مدیران ورزشی اختلاف معناداری وجود دارد و مقدار میانگین مدیران ورزشی بیشتر از مربیان میباشد (P<0/05). همچنین بین میانگین متغیرهای مهارت های هوش مصنوعی و تمایل به هوش مصنوعی در مربیان و مدیران ورزشی اختلاف معنی داری وجود ندارد (P>0/05). | ||

| The purpose of this study is to investigate the performance of sports managers and coaches in relation to the use of artificial intelligence in sports. The present study is a descriptive-correlational survey study in terms of its purpose and applied nature and in terms of data collection. The statistical population of the present study consisted of all sports managers and coaches in Mazandaran province, of which 70 people were selected as a sample for this study using a convenience method. Two questionnaires were used to collect data. Chen et al.'s Artificial Intelligence Questionnaire (2022), whose validity was confirmed and its reliability was calculated as 0.913. The Impact of Artificial Intelligence on Performance Evaluation Questionnaire by Kombar (2022), whose validity was confirmed and the reliability of the questionnaire was 0.914. In order to analyze the data, descriptive statistics (mean and standard deviation) and inferential statistics (Pearson's correlation coefficient to examine the relationship between variables and independent t-test) were used. Data analysis was performed using SPSS version 27 statistical software and the default alpha at a significance level of 0.05. The results of the study showed that there is a significant difference between the mean variables of artificial intelligence management, artificial intelligence-based decision-making, artificial intelligence infrastructure, and the total score of artificial intelligence management in coaches and sports managers, and the mean value of sports managers is higher than that of coaches (P<0.05). Also, there is no significant difference between the mean variables of artificial intelligence skills and inclination towards artificial intelligence in coaches and sports managers (P>0.05).
