| چکیده | ||
| هدف: بررسی میزان پرسه زنی و عملکرد شغلی اینترنت معلمان تربیت بدنی استان بصره به دلایل متعددی حائز اهمیت است. در این راستا، بررسی دقیق این دو جنبه به ما کمک میکند تا عوامل مؤثر بر عملکرد شغلی معلمان را شناسایی کنیم و راهکارهای بهینهسازی استفاده از اینترنت در محیط آموزشی را ارائه دهیم. روش پژوهش: پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف و ماهیت کاربردی و از نظر گردآوری دادهها یک پژوهش توصیفی از نوع پیمایشی است که بهصورت میدانی و با استفاده از پرسشنامه انجام شده است. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر را کلیه معلمان تربیت بدنی استان بصره در سال 2022 تشکیل دادند. از پرسشنامه پرسه زنی اینترنت اسکیو برای بررسی پرسه زنی اینترنتی و از پرسشنامه عملکرد شغلی پاترسون برای بررسی عملکرد شغلی مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که میانگین پرسهزنی اینترنتی معلمان تربیت بدنی استان بصره (2.65) نسبت به میانگین نظری (3) پایینتر و معنادار است، که نشان میدهد پرسهزنی اینترنتی این معلمان بالاتر از حد انتظار است. همچنین، عوامل "نگرش کارکنان" (2.81)، "موانع ادراک شده" (2.51) و "هنجارهای توصیفی" (2.61) نیز به ترتیب پایینتر از مقدار نظری (3) و معنادار هستند، که نشاندهنده وضعیت بالاتر از حد انتظار این عوامل در میان معلمان است. میانگین عملکرد شغلی معلمان تربیت بدنی استان بصره (3.51) بالاتر از میانگین نظری (3) و معنادار است، که نشاندهنده عملکرد بالاتر از حد انتظار آنهاست. همچنین، عوامل "نظم و انضباط در کار" (3.85)، "احساس مسئولیت در کار" (3.61)، "همکاری در کار" (3.55) و "بهبود کار" (3.30) نیز به ترتیب بالاتر از مقدار نظری (3) و معنادار هستند، که نشاندهنده وضعیت مثبت این عوامل در میان معلمان است. نتیجهگیری: نتایج پژوهش حاضر نشان داد که پرسهزنی اینترنتی معلمان تربیت بدنی استان بصره بالاتر از حد انتظار است، اما این پدیده تأثیر منفی خود را بر عملکرد شغلی آنها نداشته و در واقع، عملکرد معلمان در این استان بالاتر از حد انتظار ارزیابی شده است. | ||

| Objective: Examining the extent of Internet browsing and job performance among physical education teachers in Basra province is crucial for various reasons. A comprehensive analysis of these two dimensions enables the identification of factors influencing teachers' job performance and facilitates the development of strategies to optimize Internet usage within the educational context. Method: This study employs a descriptive survey design, characterized by its applied nature and purpose. Data collection was conducted in the field using a structured questionnaire. The statistical population comprised all physical education teachers in Basra province in 2022. To assess Internet browsing behavior, the Askew Internet Loitering Questionnaire was utilized, while the Patterson Job Performance Questionnaire was employed to evaluate job performance. Results: The findings indicate that the average Internet browsing behavior of physical education teachers in Basra province (2.65) is significantly lower than the theoretical average (3), suggesting that their Internet usage is higher than anticipated. Furthermore, the factors of "Kerkanan attitude" (2.81), "perceived barriers" (2.51), and "descriptive norms" (2.61) are also significantly below the theoretical value (3), reflecting an unexpectedly high status of these factors among the teachers. In contrast, the average job performance of physical education teachers in Basra province (3.51) exceeds the theoretical average (3) and is statistically significant, indicating a performance level that is higher than expected. Additionally, the factors "discipline at work" (3.85), "sense of responsibility at work" (3.61), "collaboration at work" (3.55), and "work improvement" (3.30) are all significantly above the theoretical value (3), signifying a positive status of these attributes among the teachers. Conclusions: The results of the present study showed that the Internet surfing of physical education teachers in Basra province is higher than expected, but this phenomenon did not have a negative impact on their job performance and, in fact, the performance of teachers in this province was evaluated higher than expected. | ||
