| چکیده | ||
| بررسی میزان پرسهزنی اینترنتی و عملکرد شغلی معلمان تربیت بدنی استان بصره به دلایل متعددی اهمیت دارد. این بررسی به شناسایی عوامل مؤثر بر عملکرد شغلی معلمان کمک کرده و راهکارهای بهینهسازی استفاده از اینترنت در محیط آموزشی را ارائه میدهد. پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر گردآوری دادهها توصیفی و از نوع پیمایشی است که بهصورت میدانی و با پرسشنامه انجام شده است. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه معلمان تربیت بدنی استان بصره در سال ۲۰۲۲ بود. از پرسشنامه پرسهزنی اینترنت اسکیو برای سنجش پرسهزنی اینترنتی و پرسشنامه عملکرد شغلی پاترسون برای ارزیابی عملکرد شغلی استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد میانگین پرسهزنی اینترنتی معلمان (۲.۶۵) نسبت به میانگین نظری (۳) کمتر و معنادار است، که حاکی از پرسهزنی بالاتر از حد انتظار است. همچنین، عوامل «نگرش کارکنان» (۲.۸۱)، «موانع ادراک شده» (۲.۵۱) و «هنجارهای توصیفی» (۲.۶۱) نیز پایینتر از مقدار نظری و معنادار بودند که نشاندهنده وضعیت بالاتر از حد انتظار این عوامل است. میانگین عملکرد شغلی معلمان (۳.۵۱) بالاتر از میانگین نظری (۳) و معنادار بود که حاکی از عملکرد مطلوب آنهاست. عوامل «نظم و انضباط در کار» (۳.۸۵)، «احساس مسئولیت» (۳.۶۱)، «همکاری» (۳.۵۵) و «بهبود کار» (۳.۳۰) نیز بالاتر از مقدار نظری و معنادار بودند و وضعیت مثبت این عوامل را نشان دادند. یافتهها نشان داد پرسهزنی اینترنتی معلمان بصره بالاتر از حد انتظار است، اما تأثیر منفی بر عملکرد شغلی آنها ندارد و عملکردشان بالاتر از حد انتظار ارزیابی شده است. | ||

| Examining the extent of Internet browsing and job performance among physical education teachers in Basra province is crucial for various reasons. A comprehensive analysis of these two dimensions enables the identification of factors influencing teachers' job performance and facilitates the development of strategies to optimize Internet usage within the educational context.This study employs a descriptive survey design, characterized by its applied nature and purpose. Data collection was conducted in the field using a structured questionnaire. The statistical population comprised all physical education teachers in Basra province in 2022. To assess Internet browsing behavior, the Askew Internet Loitering Questionnaire was utilized, while the Patterson Job Performance Questionnaire was employed to evaluate job performance. The findings indicate that the average Internet browsing behavior of physical education teachers in Basra province (2.65) is significantly lower than the theoretical average (3), suggesting that their Internet usage is higher than anticipated. Furthermore, the factors of "Kerkanan attitude" (2.81), "perceived barriers" (2.51), and "descriptive norms" (2.61) are also significantly below the theoretical value (3), reflecting an unexpectedly high status of these factors among the teachers. In contrast, the average job performance of physical education teachers in Basra province (3.51) exceeds the theoretical average (3) and is statistically significant, indicating a performance level that is higher than expected. Additionally, the factors "discipline at work" (3.85), "sense of responsibility at work" (3.61), "collaboration at work" (3.55), and "work improvement" (3.30) are all significantly above the theoretical value (3), signifying a positive status of these attributes among the teachers.The results of the present study showed that the Internet surfing of physical education teachers in Basra province is higher than expected, but this phenomenon did not have a negative impact on their job performance and, in fact, the performance of teachers in this province was evaluated higher than expected. | ||
